At Mynt, for our direct Mynt card customers, we offer two credit setups:
One where you have a monthly credit that is repaid via bank transfer, and one where the credit is repaid every two weeks through direct debit.
All companies work differently and prefer different setups. For example, if you currently repay your credit once per month via bank transfer and would like to switch to direct debit, follow these steps:
Log in to mynt.com and navigate to the “Account” tab.
Click “Credit” and select “ Request increase.”
Choose the credit limit you want (this can be the same as your current limit), then select “Biweekly direct debit.”
To switch from direct debit to bank transfer, follow the same process.
Please note that it is not always possible to offer a different credit setup than your current one, and that you are submitting an application for a change.
