1. How to replace a lost or missing card
If you need to replace a missing or lost card:
Open "Teams & Cards" in Mynt.
Select the user whose card needs to be replaced.
Go to "Card Settings" and choose "Cancel Card" to deactivate the old card.
Order a new card from the same view after the old card has been cancelled.
Note: Only Admins can order new cards. This applies to both physical and virtual cards.
2. What to do if a physical card has not been delivered
Delivery issues caused by the address
If the card has not been delivered and you suspect the company name is missing on the mailbox, you should:
Order a new card via "Card Settings".
Ensure the company name is clearly stated on the mailbox if the card is delivered to a company address. This minimizes potential delivery issues.
Note: If the card is delivered to a home address, the company name must be removed from the delivery address when ordering.
3. Is there any cost for replacing cards?
No, Mynt does not charge any fee for replacing cards that have not arrived or are cancelled for security reasons.
