How to submit a complaint and how we handle it

If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact us via our regular contact channels – chat or email – and clearly state that your matter concerns a formal complaint.

Once we have received the complaint, the case is escalated to our Customer Ombudsperson for internal handling. We review the information you have provided internally.
