With Mynt’s mobile app, managing card transactions becomes smooth and easy to overview. The app provides access to all card management, transactions, and tasks that need attention.
Login is done using the method selected in the welcome letter. If a welcome letter has not been received or a new login method is needed, contact the admin to receive a new one.
Once logged into the app, there are four main tabs to navigate:
1. Home
The Home tab provides a quick overview of spending. The view adapts based on role and permissions within the app.
Card Users: Displays how much has been spent on the cards and the remaining spending limit.
Admins: In addition to the card users’ view, admins can see the company’s balance and an analysis of company purchases.
2. Expenses
All transactions are managed under the Expenses tab.
Functions include:
Adding receipts, categories, and comments to transactions.
Following up on transactions that have been approved or declined during the approval process.
Receiving notifications for new transactions, if notifications are enabled.
3. Cards
The Cards tab displays all card information:
Full card number, expiration date, and PIN.
Linking the card to a digital wallet (Apple/Google Pay) in a few simple steps.
Disabling online transactions or freezing the card in case of loss or suspected unauthorized use.
4. Profile
The Profile tab is used to manage settings and account information.
Features include:
Switching between different company profiles if associated with multiple organizations.
Changing the app language.
Accessing legal terms and conditions.
Managing security settings, such as setting up passkeys for easier login.
With these four tabs, the app provides a complete overview and control of cards and transactions, both for card users and admins.
All features are also available through the website, but the app makes them more accessible and convenient!
