With Connect email, you can connect your email inbox to Mynt. Mynt scans your inbox for receipts and automatically matches them with the correct transaction.
This reduces the need to upload receipts manually and makes receipt management easier.
The feature is part of Auto receipts and is available to companies on the Premium plan.
How to connect your email
You can connect your email directly in the Mynt app:
Open the Mynt app.
Go to Profile → App settings.
Under Connected services, select Connect email.
Tap Connect email.
Select the email client you want to connect:
Connect Gmail
Connect Outlook
Follow the instructions to sign in and authorize the connection.
Once the connection is complete, you'll return to the Mynt app and receive confirmation that your email has been connected.
How automatic receipt matching works
Once your email is connected, Mynt scans your inbox for emails with receipt attachments and matches the receipts with the correct transactions.
This means your receipts can be matched before you even open the app, reducing the need for manual uploads.
Secure and private
Mynt only scans emails with receipt attachments for the purpose of matching and managing receipts.
By connecting your email inbox, you consent to Mynt accessing and processing information that may include sensitive personal and financial data for the purpose of matching and managing receipts.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by disconnecting your email inbox.

You can connect Gmail or Outlook.

Receipts from your connected inbox are automatically matched with the correct transaction when a match can be found.
You can disconnect your email inbox at any time in the app settings.
If a receipt isn't retrieved or matched automatically, you can still upload it manually in Mynt.
