Make a Deposit via Direct Debit.
Enable Auto top-up via Direct Debit, so money is automatically transferred when your balance falls below a chosen amount.
Pay your company's credit invoice via Direct Debit.
How to set up Direct Debit
Log in to mynt.com as an administrator.
Go to Account.
Click Add money.
Select Deposit via Direct Debit or Auto top-up via Direct Debit.
Enter your company's bank account details and submit the application.
Once the application has been submitted, a Direct Debit mandate will be sent to the specified email address for signing.
How long does it take?
Once the Direct Debit mandate has been signed, it normally takes 1–4 business days for the Direct Debit connection to become active, provided the correct bank account details were entered.
When the Direct Debit connection is active, you can use it for:
Deposit via Direct Debit
Auto top-up via Direct Debit
Paying your company's credit

Only administrators can set up a Direct Debit connection.
The Direct Debit mandate must be signed before the connection can be activated.
If incorrect bank account details are entered, a new application must be submitted.
An active Direct Debit connection is required to use Auto top-up via Direct Debit.

Once your Direct Debit connection is active, you can use both Deposit via Direct Debit and Auto top-up via Direct Debit to add money to your Mynt account. Both options are faster than a Bankgiro transfer and are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

If you have enabled Auto top-up via Direct Debit, the status will display Active in green under Automatic top-ups.
If the status is Paused, your Direct Debit connection is still active, but automatic top-ups are temporarily disabled.
