If a report can't be exported, it's often because one or more expenses contain invalid or conflicting dimension data.
A common example is when the same dimension number has different names across multiple expenses.
Why does this happen?
This can happen if a dimension has been renamed after expenses have already been created. As a result, the report may contain the same dimension number with different names, preventing the report from being exported.
How to resolve the issue
Identify the expenses that use the same dimension number but different dimension names.
Remove the affected expenses from the report.
Update the dimensions so that the same dimension number has the same name across all expenses.
Create the report again.
💡 Tip: If you're having trouble identifying which expense is causing the issue, try removing expenses from the report one by one until the export succeeds. This makes it easier to identify the expense containing the incorrect dimension data.
