Where can I find my PIN code?
You can view your PIN code in the Mynt app or on the Mynt website.
In the Mynt app:
Open the Mynt app.
Go to Cards and select your card.
Tap PIN code → Show PIN code.
On the Mynt website:
Log in to the Mynt website.
Go to My cards.
Select your card to view your PIN code.
Can I change my PIN code?
No, it is currently not possible to change the PIN code for your Mynt card.
What should I do if I've entered the wrong PIN code too many times?
If you've entered the wrong PIN code too many times, you can reset your PIN attempts directly in the Mynt app.
Here's how:
Open the Mynt app.
Go to Cards → Settings → Reset PIN attempts.
Visit an ATM and insert your physical card.
Enter your PIN code at the ATM to enable in-store purchases again.
Good to know:
You do not need to withdraw any cash at the ATM.
Your PIN code remains the same after resetting your PIN attempts.
What should I do if I've lost my card?
If you've lost your card, you should freeze it immediately to prevent unauthorized purchases.
Open the Mynt app.
Go to Cards and select the relevant card.
Tap Freeze card.
Then contact our support team for assistance with ordering a replacement card.
