There are several ways to add funds to your Mynt account. Go to Account → Add funds and choose the option that best suits your needs.
Available funding options
Instant bank transfer (recommended)
The fastest way to add funds to your Mynt account.
Go to Account → Add funds.
Select Instant bank transfer.
Choose your bank from the list.
Log in to your bank and approve the payment using BankID.
Funds are normally available in your Mynt account within one business day.
Instant bank transfer is currently available for Swedish Mynt customers. Support for additional countries will be introduced soon.
Handelsbanken – Enable third-party access
If you use Handelsbanken, you first need to enable a setting in your online banking that allows third-party providers (such as Mynt) to initiate payments through Open Banking. If this setting is not enabled, bank top-ups via Direct bank transfer will not work.
To enable the setting:
Log in to Handelsbanken's online banking.
Enable third-party access by following Handelsbanken's guide.
Return to Mynt and try the bank transfer again.

Bankgiro payment
You can also add funds using a Bankgiro payment.
Go to Account → Add funds.
Select Bankgiro payment.
Follow the payment instructions.
Please note that it can take up to two business days for the funds to appear in your Mynt account.
One-time Direct Debit payment
If you already have an active Direct Debit mandate, you can make a one-time payment.
Go to Account → Add funds.
Select One-time Direct Debit payment.
Enter the amount and confirm the payment.
Funds are normally available in your Mynt account within one to two business days.
Automatic top-up via Direct Debit
To avoid making manual transfers, you can enable automatic top-ups.
Go to Account → Add funds.
Select Automatic top-up via Direct Debit.
Choose the balance threshold and the amount to transfer automatically.
When your balance falls below the selected threshold, your account will be topped up automatically.

Can I top up my account automatically?
Yes. Enable Automatic top-up via Direct Debit to have funds transferred automatically whenever your account balance falls below the threshold you have selected.
