To use your Mynt cards, your company account needs to have sufficient funds unless your company has an active credit facility. You can choose from several ways to add money depending on how your company prefers to manage payments.
Choose how you want to add money
Go to Account → Add money on the Mynt website. From there, you can choose between the following options:
Deposit via your bank
Deposit via your bank is the easiest and fastest way to add money to your Mynt account.
Select your company's bank and authorize the payment with BankID directly through Mynt. The funds will normally be available in your account no later than the next banking day.
If you make the deposit before 09:45 on a banking day, the funds will normally be available later the same day. Deposits made after 09:45 are normally processed on the next banking day.
Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your bank and when the payment is made.
Payment via Bankgiro
You can make a manual payment to your company's Mynt account via Bankgiro. The funds are normally registered in your Mynt account within 2–3 banking days.
One-time payment via Direct Debit
If your company has a bank account connected to Mynt via Direct Debit, you can make a one-time payment directly from the connected account.
The funds are normally registered within 1–2 banking days.
Auto top-up via Direct Debit
With Auto top-up, money can automatically be transferred to your Mynt account when the balance gets low.
You choose the balance that should trigger a top-up and the amount to be transferred. This helps reduce the risk of card purchases being declined due to insufficient funds.
Credit
If your company has an active credit facility, you do not need to add money to the account before using your cards. You can instead make purchases up to your company's approved credit limit and pay later according to your payment terms.
If your company does not already have credit, an administrator can apply for credit through Mynt.

Good to know
Direct deposit via bank is normally the fastest way to add money to your account.
Deposits made on weekends or other non-banking days are processed on the next banking day.
If a payment requires authorization from multiple people, Direct deposit via bank cannot be used. Instead, choose Payment via Bankgiro or One-time payment via Direct Debit.
Funds in your Mynt account are used first when making purchases.
If your company has credit, the credit is used when the account balance is insufficient.
With Auto top-up via Direct Debit, your account can be topped up automatically when the balance gets low.

How long does it take for the money to appear in my account?
It depends on the payment method:
Direct deposit via bank: Normally the same or next banking day. Deposits made before 09:45 on a banking day are normally available later the same day.
Payment via Bankgiro: Normally within 2–3 banking days.
One-time payment via Direct Debit: Normally within 1–2 banking days.
Can I use my card immediately after adding money?
Yes. As soon as the funds have been registered in your Mynt account, the cards can be used, provided they are active and have available spending capacity.
Do I need to add money if my company has credit?
No. If your company has an active credit facility, you can make purchases up to your approved credit limit without adding money to the account first.
