If you have transferred funds to your Mynt account and would like them returned to your company bank account, please send us a bank account verification document confirming your company account details.
The verification document must clearly show:
The company name associated with the account
Account number
Clearing number / bank code
Please email the document to support@mynt.se and we will assist you further.
Please note that an active direct debit connection (Autogiro) to your company bank account is required for us to process the refund.
An administrative fee of SEK 300 applies when transferring funds back to your company bank account.
