If the balance in Mynt doesn't match the balance in your accounting system, it's often because the balance statement also includes reserved transactions. This means that purchases which have not yet been completed (settled) may affect the balance.
To compare your balance with your accounting records, use the Balance column in the account statement. This column displays the running balance after each completed transaction.

Check the running balance
In the downloaded account statement, the running balance is displayed in the Balance column. You can use it to track how your balance changes after each completed transaction and compare it with the balance in your accounting system.

💡 Keep in mind: The account statement is based on completed transactions. If the balance in Mynt differs from your accounting records, it may be because there are reserved transactions that have not yet been completed. These affect your current balance in Mynt but will not appear as completed transactions until the purchase has been completed and is no longer reserved.
