An employee without a Swedish social security number can instead choose email+password login to use Mynts card and plattform.

When a new user is added, a welcome letter containing an activation link is sent to the new user.

click on the link in the email, it takes you to Mynt and asks you to identify yourself via either Bank-ID or email+password. You choose the password yourself while the email adress is the same to witch you received the invitation. You can then login both in the app and on Mynts website.
