How do I change the delivery method for my invoices?
Manage your invoice email address and choose how your invoices are delivered.
You can view and update the email address used to receive invoices directly in Mynt.
If your company uses monthly invoicing with Mynt, you can also choose whether to receive your invoices by email or as electronic invoices (e-invoices).
How to change your invoice email address
Log in to the Mynt website.
Go to Account → Settings.
Find Invoice email.
Click Edit.
Enter the email address where you want to receive your invoices.
How to receive your invoices as e-invoices
If your company uses monthly invoicing with Mynt, you can choose to receive your invoices electronically.
Log in to the Mynt website.
Go to Account → Settings.
Find Invoice delivery.
Select your preferred delivery method:
Email: Receive invoices at your registered invoice email address.
E-invoice: Receive your invoices electronically as e-invoices.
Please note: To receive your invoices as e-invoices, you must actively select E-invoice under Invoice delivery.
Who can change the invoice settings?
All admins can view and update the email address used for invoices under Account → Settings → Invoice email, regardless of their company's invoicing arrangement.
However, the option to receive invoices as e-invoices is only available to companies that use monthly invoicing with Mynt.
