  • I have received a virtual receipt where the email itself is the receipt and not an attachment, what should I do?

    • You can send the email directly to your Mynt inbox, if we do not find an attachment to the email we will convert the email itself to a PDF.

  • Is email the only way to submit receipts?

    • No, you can also upload files directly from your computer via My Receipts.

  • In my emails, logos and signatures are included, which interrups the auto-matching.

    Logos can cause issues because we primarily use email attachments as receipts if there is one. Therefore, make sure to either send the receipt without other attachments or send it as a screenshot.

  • How do I know that the algorithm has matched a receipt?

    • In the notification centre, which you can find in your settings, you can set up rules to receive notifications when a match is successful and unsuccessful.
