Verify the Transaction
Check if a family member, friend, or colleague may have used the card with your permission. Also, consider if it could be a subscription or purchase with an unfamiliar name.
2. Contact Customer Service
If you’re still unsure about the transaction, freeze your card immediately and reach out to our customer service team. You can contact us by phone, via email at support@mynt.com, or through chat (open 09:00-17:00).
3. Provide Details for Investigation
To assist you as quickly as possible, we’ll need the last four digits of the card, the date and time of the transaction, and a brief description. We’ll begin the investigation promptly and keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
