If you see a charge on your Mynt card that you don't recognise, visit the Meta Business Help Centre.
If you see a Facebook/Meta Pay charge on your bank statement that you don't recognise, make sure that a family member, friend or colleague didn't use your account to buy something without you knowing.
If you still don't know who bought something using your Mynt card, let Meta/Facebook know by following the steps below, and they will investigate further.
To report an unauthorised Facebook/Meta Pay charge:
Log in to your Facebook account.
Click
at the top right of your screen.
Click Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
On the left-hand side, click Meta Pay, then click Activity.
Click on the unauthorised transaction, then click Get help with this payment.
Click Contact us and choose Live chat with us or Email us.
Follow the on-screen instructions to report your unauthorised charge.
Facebook/Meta will notify you via email and your Support Inbox as soon as your case has been updated.
