Getting started with out-of-pocket expenses
Out-of-pocket expenses as part of Premium
Managing out-of-pocket expenses will be a feature offered in Mynt's Premium plan. This means that employees can register purchases made with private funds and have them approved and managed through the same platform as for corporate cards.
How do I activate the private expenses service?
For existing Premium customers:
If you already have Mynt Premium, you need to manually activate the private spending feature under the “Accounting Settings” tab in your account.
For new customers or via support:
You can activate the service yourself inside Mynt and become a premium customer. If you need help with this, our support team can help activate the service for you.
Once the product is activated, a tab labeled “Payouts” will appear in your menu on the left.
Cost of the service
Out-of-pocket expenses is an additional feature in Premium and costs 499 SEK/month.
Important information about payments
It is important to note that Mynt does not handle payments directly to users. Reimbursements for private expenses are made through the company's payroll system or manually via bank transfers. However, Mynt simplifies the handling of all documents for smooth follow-up and control.
