Did you loose your card?
To freeze your card, open your Mynt app and go to:
My cards
Card settings
Freeze card. If you find your card you can easily unfreeze the card again in this view.
Your Mynt-admin can also freeze cards in the mynt.com plattform (not the app) by going to:
Team and card
Pick the person with the lost card
Pick the card you want to freeze
Cardsettings
Freeze card
In this view admin can also terminate cards, order cards and turn off/on online purchases for all cardholders.
If you need a new physical card your Mynt admin have to terminate your current physical card. This can only be done in the mynt.com plattform (not the app):

Pick the card you want to terminate

Terminate card
