Does your purchases get denied when you try to pay in-store or online with your Mynt card?
Then it could be due to a few common financial reasons such as exceeding your spending limit or having insufficient funds.
You have no money on your account or do not have a active credit. To check THE balance, Admin can log in to the Mynt account either via the app or platform, navigate to "account" to see balance.
Only an admin can see the balance on the company's Mynt account. If you only have card user-access, you can only see your own card's purchase limit and how much you have spent of that purchase limit.
Solution: Allocate more money to the card from the company bankaccount. If you need to top up, it is important to note that it takes 1-3 banking days for the money to arrive in your Coin account.
2. You have reached your monthly spending limit on your card.
If you have spent your monthly purchase limit, you cannot make any more purchases on the card that month. Your spending limit is automatically reset on the 1st of each month.
Solution: Your admin can increase the spending limit or remove the limit it completely. You see your monthly purchase limit logged into Mynts app or plattform under " My cards". To see how much of this amount you have spent go to "My transactions". If the amount you wanted to deposit makes the amount you have spent exceed the monthly limit, the purchase will be denied. Example: If you have 5 000 in Monthly purchase limit, and you under " My Transaktions" see that you've spent 4 000 this month, you only have 1 000 left to spend. Any purchase that exceeds 1 000 will be denied.
What to Do If Your Transaction Is Declined
If your transaction is declined despite verifying your balance and spending limit:
Double-check your balance and spending limit via the Mynt app or platform.
Try making a smaller purchase to see if it stays within your limit.
Contact Mynt support for further assistance if the issue persists. If your spending limit is unclear, log into your account at Mynt.com and navigate to "Account Overview" to verify both your limit and available balance. This step helps ensure you are aware of your limits before making purchases.
