Is your purchase denied when you try to shop online with your Mynt card?
Then it could be due to a few different things.
1. Your card is not open for online purchases.
Go to "my cards", click on it "card settings", turn on "online purchases".
2. You have no money in the account or lack an active credit.
Only an admin can see the balance on the company's Mynt account. If you only have authorization as a card user, you can only see your own card's purchase limit and how much you spent of that purchase limit.
3. You have reached your monthly purchase limit on your card.
If you have spent your monthly purchase limit, you cannot shop more on the card that month. Your admin can raise the purchase limit or remove it completely. On the 1st of each month, your purchase limit is automatically reset.
